Let’s be honest—faith isn’t always easy.
There are days we feel strong, hopeful, and confident that God’s got everything under control.
But then… there are those other days.
The ones filled with worry, waiting, or wondering if God’s even listening.
If you’ve ever felt your faith wobble a bit—you’re not alone. We’ve all had moments where we cry, “Lord, I believe—help my unbelief.”
That’s why I keep certain Bible verses close.
Verses that remind me who God is, even when I feel unsure.
Verses that lift my head when it’s hanging low.
Verses that give me strength to keep walking when I’m tempted to stop.
So if your faith has been feeling a little shaky lately, here are 10 verses to hold on to.
Not just to read—but to lean on. Memorize. Pray through. Return to when things get hard.

1. Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Faith isn’t about seeing—it’s about trusting. Even when you don’t have all the answers,
you can still have hope.

2. Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you…”
God never promised life would be easy, but He did promise we wouldn’t face it alone.

3. Romans 10:17
“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
Feeling far from God? Start by hearing His Word again. Let it sink in—play worship, read Scripture out loud, soak in truth.

4. Proverbs 3:5–6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…”
Sometimes the hardest part is letting go of control.
This verse reminds us: we don’t have to figure it all out—just trust the One who already has.

5. 2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Even when we can’t see the next step, we’re called to keep walking—one faithful step at a time.

6. Joshua 1:9
“Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
This is the kind of verse that makes you sit up a little straighter. God’s not just cheering you on—He’s walking with you.

7. Psalm 46:1–2
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear…”
Whatever storm you’re facing today—He’s already there in the middle of it. You’re not abandoned.

8. Mark 11:22–24
“Have faith in God… whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
This isn’t about asking for stuff—it’s about believing God still moves mountains.
Faith is about believing before the breakthrough.

9. Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Not “I can do everything perfectly.”
Not “I can do this alone.”
But with Christ, you can do what you thought you couldn’t.

10. Lamentations 3:22–23
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed… His mercies are new every morning.”
No matter how yesterday looked—today is a fresh start.
God’s mercy doesn’t run out. And His faithfulness hasn’t failed you yet.
đź’› Final Thoughts
If you’ve been feeling weary or unsure lately, I hope one of these verses wraps around your heart like a warm blanket.
God isn’t asking you to have perfect faith.
He’s just asking you to come—with whatever faith you have—and let Him strengthen you from there.
Write one of these verses down. Put it on your mirror. In your Bible. On your fridge.
Let it speak louder than fear this week.
